"Our family come together with Mimi and Ringo and others to NZ.  There are numerous activities which we have not done before. The views from the helicopter are stunning, it is the only way 9 at least for me) to reach such height that I can never climb. “We started the adventure flying by helicopter at a ground speed of 140 kph to cross ridges, mountain peaks and glaciers. The sense of wilderness (and the weight of the backpack) was heightened once the helicopter flew back to QT.

We finished the adventure on a jet boat travelling at 45 knots. I even drove the boat part of the way.!!!!  I wasn't Russell Crowe but I felt a wee bit braver than when I started out with Mike. To summarise, the physical challenge seemed to combine with surprising emotional clarity. I was deeply asleep in the tent by 8.00PM. Fantastic ”
